How to Hire the Access Pod

Minimum Hire Period

  • We have a minimum of a 4 week hire period
  • We can also extend by weeks or 4, 8, 12, 16 week increments after the initial hire period.

What’s Included in the Hire

  • Full unit of Accessible Bathroom
  • Professional delivery, Installation, collection and sanitation cleaning after collection
  • Our installers will run through operation of unit
  • All hoses, fittings, and tanks
  • Access to our support team for guidance and troubleshooting

Delivery, Installation & Removal Costs

  • Delivery, set up and collection are included in the first 4 week hire quote. If an extension is required, we can extend by weeks or 4, 8, 12, 16 week increments after the initial hire period, with the initial set up and collection cost removed.
  • The cost of delivery is determined by the location (Suburb) the Access Pod needs to be installed and can be quoted once we are advised of details.

How to Hire - Step-by-step Guide

  • Contact us via 07 3807 4309 or email us at en*******@***********et.au
  • Provide details of the suburb, participant hiring and details of the location at the premises you would like the Access Pod installed.

Select your Hire Period

  • Confirm your minimum 4 week hire period or advise a longer-term timeframe if needed.
  • Advise if there are any special considerations for us to consider

Get a Formal Quote

  • Complete our referral form and email to en*******@***********et.au with photos and details for installation. We can then check if the Access Pod will be able to be installed without an issues
  • We'll provide a clear quote including hire, delivery, installation, collection and final sanitation/cleaning

Approval

  • Respond via email with your approval.
  • Advise of your preferred installation date, so we can schedule or advise of availability around required date.
  • We will provide the invoice for payment. Required prior to installation date.
  • We will email a VIP Access Hire Agreement, to be read over, signed and returned prior to installation date.

Delivery and Installation

  • VIP Access Team will delivery the unit to your home, set it up, test and ensure it is working perfectly. Our Installer will run through operation of the Access Pod and any troubleshooting solutions.

Support

  • If you need any assistance with the Access Pod whilst on hire, please call our office on 07 3807 4309 and we will troubleshoot over the phone. If  we need to attend, we will advise and schedule in.

Collection

  • Once the hire period ends, we'll schedule the collection of the Access Pod safely and cleanly
